I have the expertise to manage and notarize deed paperwork for lenders and title companies. The loan cannot be completed without the assistance of a Notary Signing Agent. Real estate loan documents are notarized, signed by the borrower, and returned to the lender on time by a Notary Signing Agent hired as an independent contractor. The loan can now be funded because this final step has been completed.
